Sign in with a code

This is the business owner’s door. Enter your email or phone number — we’ll send a 6-digit sign-in code there.

Staff sign-in

Your business account is locked

This business account has been locked by JLB, so sign-in is turned off for it right now. This is not a password problem, and trying again will not change it. To talk to JLB about this account, email [email protected].

Sign in with a credential

Keep me signed in ticked: this browser keeps your sign-in for up to 30 days, and locks after 15 minutes away. Unticked: you stay signed in only until this tab closes. Your sign-in is never printed or shared.

Sign in with a passkey

Passkeys live on your device — set one up while signed in (Settings → My passkeys). The password and code doors always stay open.

This works once a password has been set while signed in (Settings → My sign-in password). No password yet? Sign in with your credential or a claim code first.

Forgot your password?

Enter the email or name on your sign-in. If you set a secret question, we’ll show it here — answer it and you can set a new password right away. Nothing is emailed to anyone.

Set a new password

That answer checked out. Choose a new password — you’ll be signed in with it right away, and any other signed-in browsers or phones will be signed out.

Sign in with a claim code

The owner sends you this code for a first sign-in. It works once and expires 30 minutes after it’s created.

Set up my business

For a business that just got approved on the JLB signup page. The code works once — right after, you’ll set your own password.

Request a code from your admin

Request sent — the owner will send you your code.

Once your code arrives, enter it on the sign-in screen — or use a claim code if the owner sends you one of those instead.
